Dehydration Technology

We select suppliers carefully and make them our business partners by ensuring alignment in process to use for dehydration of fruits and vegetables. Technologies such as heat pump technology enable us to remove only water content at very low temperature well below 60°C. This preserves vitamins, phytochemicals and nutrients as in fresh produce. It conserves food for long time, makes transport easy, improves shelf life, ensures constant supply and simplifies use at home, hotels, RTE meals and more.

Advantageous

  • Premium drying quality vs natural drying
  • Adjustable control over temperature & humidity
  • Operation 24x7, clean, hygienic and controlled
  • Retain high percentage of nutrients

Applications: instant soups, ready‑to‑cook meals, seasoning mixes, packaged vegetables & fruits.

Freeze Drying

Freeze drying offers superior quality based on sublimation: direct transition from solid to gas. Product is frozen then dried under vacuum without thawing. Minimal damage — no shrinkage or agglomeration. Ideally suited for delicate nutrients, shape retention and fast re‑hydration to original quality. Ice crystals create pores that maintain structure; rehydration is quick. Sealed properly, freeze‑dried products last many years at room temperature.

Key features

  • Preserves delicate nutrients and initial shape
  • Fast re‑hydration to original texture
  • Long shelf life (years) if well sealed
  • No agglomeration, maintains structure

Applications: premium instant coffee, fruits for cereals, space food, probiotics, herbs.

Spray Drying

Spray dryers use atomizers (rotary disk, high‑pressure nozzles) to disperse liquid into controlled droplets (10–500 μm). Drying air is often co‑current. For better flowability, multiple effect dryers combine first‑stage drying with an integrated static bed, producing uniform particles (100–300 μm) that are free‑flowing and less dusty. Fine powder can be recycled, and final drying may be completed on an external vibrating fluidized bed.

Process advantages

  • Precise particle size distribution
  • Free‑flowing powder, reduced dust (multiple effect)
  • Co‑current or counter‑current flexibility
  • Efficient for heat‑sensitive materials

Applications: milk powder, fruit juice powders, coffee, instant drinks, encapsulates.

Essential Oil Extraction

Essential oils are extracted from natural plant sources using specialized processes (steam distillation, cold pressing, etc.) to preserve aroma, purity and therapeutic properties. Our methods ensure strong natural aroma, high purity levels and plant‑based integrity for food flavouring, cosmetics and wellness.

Key Benefits

  • Natural plant‑based ingredients
  • Strong aroma and flavour retention
  • High purity levels, no synthetic additives

Applications: food flavourings, cosmetics & personal care, aromatherapy, wellness products.
